Johan Angjellari’s professional journey began with a commitment to service and technical excellence. A native of the Tampa Bay area, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and completed training in the Naval Nuclear Power Program. In 2011, he graduated as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, embarking on a career of technical proficiency and operational responsibility. During his naval service, Johan qualified Submarine Warfare Insignia aboard the nuclear ballistic submarines, USS Maryland and USS Rhode Island, gaining invaluable experience in complex systems operation, maintenance and advanced engineering practices.

In 2021 upon separating from the Navy, Johan transitioned to the HVAC industry, where he observed a concerning trend of practices that prioritized profit maximization over quality service and customer well-being. This observation fueled his determination to establish a business founded on ethical principles and exceptional workmanship. He pursued and obtained his HVAC license in Florida, further solidifying his technical qualifications. His extensive experience as a nuclear machinist mate instilled in him an unyielding appreciation for precision, reliability, and safety protocols, qualities that he recognizes as paramount in the HVAC field.

Driven by a commitment to elevate industry standards, Johan established Red, White & Cool Air in March of 2024. The company’s mission is to provide homeowners in Land O’ Lakes and the Greater Tampa Bay areas with personalized HVAC & Water Treatment solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction, health, safety, and energy efficiency. Red, White & Cool Air is dedicated to delivering transparent service, employing best practices, and designing efficient systems that optimize comfort and minimize energy costs.
